At the property, we take measurements and discuss the work you want done.

Plan and agree
We set out the work and price in writing. Any drawings or specialist input needed before building are identified at this stage.

Build
We carry out the agreed work and discuss any proposed changes with you.

Handover
We walk through the completed work with you and check the finish.
About us
Ron and Andrew Ramsell.
We are a father-and-son building team based in Thorpe-le-Soken and Maidstone. We visit the property and prepare the quotation, then stay involved during the work.
Ron is a time-served sheet metal worker and welder with more than 40 years of experience in heavy industry. We are not architects, but we are used to precision work and have produced and worked from our own drawings for many years.

Our industrial work is built to tight tolerances and checked at every stage. We bring the same care to your home: careful measuring, work checked as it goes, and a proper inspection with you before we finish.
